Apparently not fair, if you can lose a run due to poor defense.
I enjoy your little "nothing can change because the quirkiness is cute" rager going here.
We found a spot in the rules that doesn't work. When you find them, you fix them and move on. It's pretty simple.

Then fix the rule. Stadium has nothing to do with it. I like how you call it a rager on my end here, too. Not raging, just pointing out the way things are. It's fair for both teams. Could've happened to the Red Sox in their own park.
 
This. Changing the fields and standardization is stupid. But that rule absolutely needs fixed.

This is basically what I have been saying but Erik seems to think we need to change a park that is the oldest in the league because of one random event.
