Wonder what they do with Draymond. Klay Steph and DLo take up literally the entire salary cap.
He'll be fine. He's still a sought after commodity. He'll either get flipped for more assets or get bought out and go to a contender like the Lakers or Nets.
Why not bridge the gap for an injured Klay with someone like Rondo and try and keep Draymond?
He’s a really good leader. If someone like the Pacers can get in on him, they could really contend in 19-20. I like their team.
Rondo isn't a good enough shooter. I was thinking more along the Seth Curry type bridge, if they went that route. I could see them trading DLo next summer to make room for Draymond.
I think they trade him too, either next summer or even later this year. They need wing depth and have very few options to acquire it. They are going to capped out for the foreseeable future anyway.
I was kind of looking at the defense side for Rondo, because I agree about his offense. I think Klay is a good defender.
It sure did get interesting there fast. Agree they can trade DLo.
With Iggy gone and Klay out for a good portion of next year, they are going to be pretty bad on defense.
