Bleacher Nation posted a side by side of Heyward last year vs. this year and you see quite a bit of difference in his stance.

I'm assuming he focused a ton on hitting and very little on defense because, as has been mentioned, he looks like he's lost a bit out there.

Well... it's laughable how bad Cubs hitters are at scoring a runner from 3rd with less than 1 out.
