KU needs some 3 pt shooters so it makes sense they would target him. I’m guessing he goes to Arkansas. Good list of teams though.

I see Elijah Mitrou-Long has visited UNLV. I'd much rather he play for Coach Otz than have to see him playing against ISU at Texas. I don't think he's signed with them at this point.

I think it says that Steve is praying he gets a waiver.
Maybe they're taking a wait and see attitude, or maybe they feel like he has a good shot at it. He matches up with what was said, if eligible.

Bolton can score... Obviously he would need the waiver to play next year and if not could mean Prohm will be focused on a yet to be named Grad-Transfer.
If Rasir were to commit then I would assume the staff feels very confident that NCAA will grant his waiver. Thinking back to CW article he specifically mentions the waiver being a possibility, reading into that his birdies talking to are thinking it is realistic and are moving forward with that in mind. (Pure speculation on my part).
Hopefully that they are pretty confident in him getting a waiver if he commits.
