***Official 2017 Transfer Thread***

I was hoping we would pass on this one. His percentages from three were crazy good, but watching highlights his release point is super low and he barely jumps on his shots. Might be another KJ Bluford
To be fair, I've tried to track down tape of this guy, and all I've ever found was like 2 tweets, one that included him flicking it off right before the shot clock went off, and another of him shooting in warm-ups (and making 10 or 12 in a row), both of which is really hard to judge form from. Like after seeing Donovan Jackson shoot in street clothes in the Cap City 3 pt contest, you could come to similar conclusions, but he obviously has a lot more elevation in real game shots.

That being said, it will be interesting to see the take away from his visit and if we still pursue him. Prohm's carried on the Hoiberg tradition of having guys on visits scrimmage with the team and giving the current players a voice on who can play and who can't. On Wigginton's trip, Monte was raving about him being "the real deal", but others have seen their interest drop off after the came and played and the players' consensus was they couldn't hang.

6-5 200 lb guard

12.8 ppg 4.4 rpg 1.9 apg

Things aren't looking great for Tubby, actually for that entire program. They seemed to have lost every bit of luster they developed under Calipari. I think Tubby turned the entire roster over at Tech in his first two years, this isn't looking much better.

Looked up every transfer ISU hosted on a visit in the Hoiberg & Prohm era and used twitter to see when they visited and then who they committed to. When the staff gets these guys on campus, they have a pretty high success rate.

Please let me know if I missed anyone

Nice info, thanks.

A great program at a great university so a high success rate with visits makes sense, sans securing that missing piece big. Goodness, I forgot about Anderson. He would have formed a lethal combination with Georges. And, wow the summer of 2012.

Back on topic, let's hope the staff can get their top targets in campus and the Iowa State we love will do the rest. Just need to get them here!

IIRC, Max Bielfeldt would have been a Cyclone if Hoiberg had stayed - which makes that table even more impressive.
