Unfortunately these sit 1 play 3 guys will be way down on the priority list since Prohm is trying to equal out the classes
I agree sit our guard is probably their 2nd or 3rd priority but I think the staff is entertaining the idea based on some recent twitter follows. I think for them to take a sit out guard it'd have to be someone who has proven themselves at a high major school already e.g Devon Daniels or Mustapha Heron.

Completely agree. A 1-for-3 guard isn't the top of the plans, but you always have room for elite players.
It's a bit harder to connect dots to transfers with this staff, besides stocking twitter.
In the current transfer culture, what's really the difference between a sit 1 play 3 or a sit one play 2? Whoever ends up sitting is likely to leave regardless of whether it's a Jr. or So. in front of them.
I think i changed my mind already on that comment. I think it would show a great commitment from coach to player if they chose not to take a sit 1 play 3. Show those 4 freshmen that you want them them to be the guys.

I doubt Tom Crean will go to New Mexico when jobs like Georgetown are still available.
Yeah, everyone talks about that but it's not accurate. Those guys played with a freak NBA guard and a stretch 4. That's not entirely accurate but it's more accurate than saying it was a 4 guard lineup.
Agree. A Jesuit basketball school like G-town is probably more attractive to Crean.
True. KU had a lot of perimeter talent, but without sacrificing length.
I think Prohm will ultimately implement a great balance of small ball and conventional play. He's recruiting like he's building a SEC type roster, with some Hoiball stretch 4/5 and mismatches blended in. I'm excited for once he gets his roster.
Sarcasm? Georgetown has a MUCH better program than New Mexico and a bigger tradition. Even though Georgetown has struggled the past few seasons, they're still much more attractive of a place for a coach than New Mexico.
Sometimes coaches that coach at a school like Indiana want to go chill at a school for a few years and take less pressure. So New Mexico is a good school to do that type of thing. Then maybe wait for a better off than Georgetown.
