would be a solid addition in 2 seasons with all the guards we'll have leaving. Doubt ISU has a scholarship to use in 16-17 for him to sit out though.

Sixteen minutes a game on a team as terrible as Boston College isn't a strong selling point.

Verbal Commits@VerbalCommits 1h1 hour ago Syracuse C Chinonso Obokoh (JR) is leaving the program. Eligible immediately. (HT @realA_rosenfeld) http://verbalcommits.com/players/chinonso-obokoh … 6-9. 215. 1.1 ppg 1.6 rpg. Not very good numbers but is eligible immedietly and could have two years left according to this article. http://www.syracuse.com/orangebaske...is_transferring_from_syracuse_basketball.html
But his last name starts with an O. The O guys are good.

They're making room for Dembele. I would definitely take my chances with Dembele over this guy.

Not sure if anyone noticed but Brady Ernest changed his profile pic on Twitter. It's now just a generic pic of a basketball. I know, irrelevant, just wanted to share. Carry on.

So would i, but I would take Okoboh over that Devin Davis JUCO the staff was in to see this week.

FWIW, when he was at Indiana, Davis played more minutes against quality competition than Okoboh did in his entire time at Syracuse, and performed much better. Davis is probably my favorite option for a post next year.

Not sure about that, Okoboh only played in 11 games this season, five less than last season. I'm not sure I see him getting it figured out all of the sudden next season. If I had to guess, he'll be transferring down to mid major program.

Yes you can and it will not count against the 13 limit. Simple example of this is Doug McDermott.
Not sure your simple example is as simple as it seems. Doug signed an LOI with UNI and was released. I may be hazy on this as well, but I do not think you can sign two LOIs for one recruitment period (you can sign two though if you sign one out of HS and one out of JUCO). I do not believe McDermott would apply to the recruited athlete part. He basically walked on at Creighton with no binding LOI and was awarded a scholarship by Greg. I would wager most every father-son situation goes like this in case the father-coach wants to take their son off scholarship at some point.

So I know you had a different name, but were you around when Bryan Petersen was God, Diante Garrett was terrible, and all ISU needed was a banger inside to help us compete in the B12?
