they really don't look very good tonight. hard to gauge a team off one game, but they aren't passing the eye test so far. top 25 rpi and losing to FIU. barely beat FIU earlier in the year by 2 points as well. hope they can pull this off, one less team to worry about if they can win.

MTSU is 0-2 against the top 50 and 2-3 against the top 100. **** that at-large ****. They do not deserve in if they lose tonight IMO.

Middle Tennessee has no shot as an at-large. RPI is 25, but this would be a sub-100 loss, no top-50 wins, and only one win vs. possible (but unlikely) tournament team in Ole Miss. Non-conference SOS is 11, but that won't mean enough.

We're in the tournament, period. If we lose to OU, I'd say 50/50 shot at a play-in

We were ahead of Temple and Virginia. Virginia did not have a good win. Temple did, but no better than our Oklahoma State win.

We probably better be focused on winning on Thursday.
