*Offical ISU vs Cal Game Thread*

I don't know about the coaching. There is no intensity in this game. I think that with this talent we can get killed all season and then take the big 12 tourney and then the NCAAs giving us a national championship...:err:

California is a very talented team and will likley make the Sweet 16 this year. It is just disappointing to see this team is just not there.

Our play is waning. Every single game we are reverting back to the last few years.

by the way, that wasn't a foul on christopherson. what the hell? That's a no call. Refs are bad but it doesn't excuse our ****** play.

Talent-wise, this team can still be something. There's no way I'm giving up in the 9th game.

They need to step up their intensity in general, but there's no reason to give up. That's loser stuff right there.

I just wish we weren't SO FAR away from being decent. And DECENT, not good. We're not even close. It's not just a isolated instance at this point, it's the norm now against decent competition. And we'll be facing decent competition all year.

Conference wins this year? I'm guessing maybe Nebraska, since they lost to St. Louis. Anybody else? Anybody?

Cal announcers: "It's apparent that there is pressure on Brackins and Gilstrap to score heavily in every game; there doesn't seem to be much firepower outside of those two."

That was a horse **** foul call. We can't help the guy can't walk. Pathetic rebounding on the free throw too. :skeptical:

Nice commentating about Boozer's "terrible" shot. Even though it was, you dont say that.

The individual talent on the team is there. However, we do not have the coaching to take all of that talent together and make it organized as in organized basketball.

I guarantee you if a good coach had our players, we would not be losing like this. Guaranteed. I would bet money on it
