This is just so inept football on both sides. Iowa starts the drive on like Nebby's 40 yd line, does nothing, and then punts on 4th and 4.

Then the Nebby punt returner downs Iowa's punt on their own 2 yd line instead of letting it go into the endzone. Wowzers this is ugly stuff.
