Steve Deace was right on the money this morning. The anti GMAC portion of the fanbase is growing, and we are arriving at the stage where this situation has become so bad that all we can do is laugh at it, make jokes about it, and make jokes about the fanbase, etc....

The next step is anger and if people think this situation has gotten ugly so far..... you haven't seen anything yet because it is right around the corner. Next season will be brutal, the fans are going to be in total open revolt as will the players that are sick of losing. What is currently left of the GMAC supporters will have no choice but to abandon ship.... some of them have already done so as they see no reason things will get better.

So how many open scholarships do we have left open? Three? Four? Five? Well, who's counting I guess. We just keep signing people like a football team.

Yep, we have lots of locker room space at the practice facility.

Well we keep offering and they keep declining. How many scholly offers does the typical D-1 basketball program make in a recruiting period? We may have set a new record and not in a good way. It's sad that we are fighting over the leftovers after most kids have already been picked through and even they are rejecting us. Can it get any worse?:sad:

What gets me, is after seeing more than a few 'insiders' come out with, "we have a shot", I actually started to believe it was true and was watching the presser with baited anticipation.
 
I think I have it figured out, JP is really GMac! He morphs himself and can actually be in two places at the same time. It was a crazy and underground operation which took place underneath Hilton via he**. Why would he want to fire himself!

Why am I not surprised that you couldn't stay away?

I've never listened to Deace for a minute of my life but that sadly sums up my feelings pretty well. This is going to get much worse before it gets better, mostly because most of us are expecting it now. It will take an act of god for McD to right this ship and I think ISU's Hail Mary for this decade was used up on Rhoads.

It was easy at first. Then as the train wreck just kept getting worse and worse I just couldn't help myself. Where have you been by the way? Did you finally get banned for all of your personal attacks? :biglaugh:

Why am I not surprised that you continue going after him as others have? You name call as well as others and get nothing and well I don't need to make it public what has happened to him? I really like checking stuff out here, but it is obvious that certain members are marked at times for unknown reasons.

Colvin was a simple punk - the only bigger one I know of is his father. Gmac demeaned himself and lost respect in other players' eyes by putting up with the two of them for so long.
It made me wince when Gmac actually refrerenced Colvin's loser of a father during Chris' suspension, as if he wanted fans to see he was backed up with the "approval" of the dad.
It would have been far, far better, for the sake of the program, if CC had been kicked off by our head coach, instead of leaving on "his" terms.

This may be true but, if it is, it's not exactly a ringing endorsement of Mac.
