I don't believe targeting can be "called down" for a review if it was never called on the field. So this one is totally on the ACC refs.

They just called ND for PI penalty that was what happened last night against AL but he never got the call - on multiple occasions.

Honestly, i think long-run its better for us for UT to be 'back'. In their absence other programs have risen up, and UT will always have a certain level of talent that will beat us most years. Better for texas to return to its place at the top and the others to return to more beatable levels.
