Non Con schedule with year end Ken Pom and RPI rankings for each team.

Alabama State 339/333
Missouri 40/43
Texas Southern 243/222
Arizona 28/13
Gonzaga 10/21 or Illinois 102/181
TBD (Duke 3/7 or Auburn 23/15 San Diego St. 50/62 or Xavier 15/3 )
Omaha 283/285
NDSU 176/210
Iowa 88/157
Southern 326/315
Drake 155/167
Eastern Illinois 257/262
Ole Miss 108/141

I think they will go 12-1 and at worst I think 11-2.
Not a great home slate at all.

It is not terrible but hopefully it goes better than last year aka we don't suck against some of the cupcakes. I think the good news is that there should be some opportunity to get some of the younger guys some minutes and guys coming off injuries some rest before the conference slate. I would be excited if we went 13-0 but I could see 11-2 as a more realistic outcome. It seems like we usually have a couple of hiccups in non-con.

I think they most likely is 11-1 but with some luck they could go 12-0 and at worst I think 10-2.

I think you missed the Nov. 21 game in Maui.

Hines says we have closed scrimmages with Nebby and Wisconsin, I didn't know about Wiscy until this morning.

That should be good for them. Nebraska has a good team coming back and I think Wisconsin should be better than they were last year.

We are talking the schedule. Not comparing the current team to last year. However, I am not predicting a significant improvement from last year. Texas Southern are one of those teams that has “nothing to lose”. They play fast-paced and chucks up a lot of threes. A NCAA Tourney last year, and are coached by Mike Davis. I think he knows a thing or two..

Please don't compare this years team to last years in any form or fashion. Thanks in advance.

He took the Detroit Mercy job. New coach at TSU is Johnny Jones who was terrible at LSU.

You seriously don't expect to see significant improvement? Wow...

So no open scrimmage against a Division 2 team --

Just two closed scrimmages against Nebraska and Wisconsin?

Sad those cannot be "real" games.

The conference they play in is ****. Isu should win by 10-15 at least. I have 3 losses in non-con (One of Iowa/Mizzou, 2 in Maui)

Alabama State is Nov. 6, is that official opening day? I think CBB went to opening on a Tuesday instead of a Thursday or Friday this season (doesn't compete directly w/ NFL or CFB).

I can't see them losing to Missouri. Iowa is possible because it is on the road. I also don't think they will lose 2 in Maui. If they lose to Gonzaga, i think they will be good enough to beat whomever they face after that. I think the only teams that would give ISU losses in maui are Gonzaga, Auburn or Duke.
