There were 2 months between his release and when we got back involved. What about that timeframe?
Teams don't take risks on guys like Noskowiak as readily two months ago including us with MA. High demand guys with uncertainty around offcourt things tend to have little on court uncertainly. That was not Noskowiak.
Enter TJ and us with fewer other options, plus Noskowiak clearing up some of the offcourt issues, and it makes sense we are now willing to take a risk on him. Other teams may be able to be more selective, and ones that aren't may feel that they don't have a good enough chance for it to be worth it.
I am hopeful he is not another Custer.
