Yellow lettering looks bad and is harder to read.

Do you really need to read the lettering? It's not like you don't know who the team is.

No strong feelings about them one way or the other. The uniform itself hasn't changed; just to state the obvious, it went from a gold-outlined cardinal "IOWA STATE" to a cardinal-outlined gold "CYCLONES". Not exactly a big deal IMO. Most important to me is what the players think.

Yes I like the Cyclones on home uniforms. Away we can wear Iowa State. I like the whole baseball feel (mascot at home, name of school away)

Yellow on a white background isn't the best choice.
When I first opened it up it seemed almost cartoon-y to me. But hell, I love cartoons, so it doesn't bother me if they wear speedos... well maybe not.
