I know there some theoretical reasons for it, but the silver stripes are a major league blunder.
C/C/W is my least-favorite among current combos (not counting the not-all-black black-alternate).
I don’t mind it since it’s a pretty traditional color scheme(which I’m a fan of) I just wish there was a stripe or accent to tie together the pants with the jersey.
Damn, was hoping for the white helmet. That one just looks so clean and you can actually make out the "I State" so much better compared to the red one. Oh well, F**k Iowa, Go Cyclones!
Thought we might see that again since we did well with it last week. CMC is very superstitious.
Sure beats any of our black combos. I like the black, but not against Iowa.
Sorry, we don't have the same "gold" as the 49ers. And our cardinal is darker than the 49ers red.
So our 'gold' is actually supposed to be yellow? Weird... why weren't our colors cardinal and yellow then?
