Oh yeah, if we can't make it work on the jerseys, I am fine with compromising with the stripes either being on the helmet or part of the shoulders. I just think it is our chance of making uniforms that have something unique and not be part of the 15 nike jersey templates everyone uses outside of the schools that have an old consistent design.
I did not know that Cincy had switched to Nike - I obviously did not know that they will be wearing Nike branded product in FB & Jordan in BB - that seems like a pretty sweet & appropriate arrangement - I know the equipment is mostly the same, just with different logos, but the Jordan logo seems kinda out-of-place on a FB uni - wishing/hoping we can get the same arrangement in the future

Yep, terrible release of it. Not sure why they are only showing 1 uniform combo? They just tweeted a few more of the "details".Another underwhelming low-light reveal of one (home) uniform - glad they dropped the weird claw or tribal motif with the weird breast-stripes
They also get the new Nike template - a just a year ago G5 team gets the new template, but ISU gotta wait

That program is pretty remarkable - they've come back from the dead to win a couple conf championships & get "promoted" to the AAC
But, their athletics identity has got to be one of the worst in FBS - absolutely atrocious - their logo & wordmark are incredibly dated - colors similar to the sick emoji I used above - the neon green they use with the old GFGS is gross - & every football uniform is a huge mess
This was always the first team I was replacing with a created team in EA NCAA
I'm sure some disagree - but this is my take on UAB

The UAB football program unveiled new uniforms today for the upcoming 2023 season.
Not as bad as I thought they'd be, considering the descriptions! But yeah, nothing dramatic, and same old UAB! Also, there is no continuity between the Home and Away jersey, not because that is always bad, but in this case I like the Home look a little better.Haha! Well now yer gonna have to show us! Us upscale fans wanna know!

I prefer the term "clean"
I don't know if I would call the Purdue throw backs clean. The numbers just don't make sense with the rest of it IMO.
