We would have to introduce a white jersey, with black lettering/collar, for this to look good. That would actually look really sharp.
Black helmet/pants with our current whites would not look good.
The all white and blacks are perfect
A VERY crappy job, but I was just curious how something like this might look. Not great, not terrible...
White, white, black. That is how Permian high school in Odessa,TX dresses for away games.
I thought I’d prefer this, but I don’t. The I-State logo looks better.
I honestly hope we don’t mess with the black uniforms this year. I feel like it’s Brock and Co. calling card. Let this class end what started in those beauties then maybe tinker with it.
Better the second time. I think the problem now is, you’re not reflecting the curvature of the helmet.
A cardinal and gold version might help as well.
I think that's the only way the Trice Stripes would look good on a helmet. Honestly, they're perfectly suited for their current use or on the shoulders. They're just not the right proportions to look great on the side of a helmet.
Absolutely love it. Old school, yet looks awesome, completely unique, striking, and pure ISU heritage. Jamie Pollard, this is the right time for change... Dump the bird.

Yeah, I'm aware... you caught the part where I said this was a very crappy job of representing this, right?
Didn't see this posted last week, but Minnesota is doing a Black uni against tOSU (Sept. 2). They are using a darker maroon for their helmet and accents. The set has no gold at all with the block M being black with white borders, and the numbers being white with dark maroon borders.
Also, uniform reveal videos continue to be garbage as far as actually showing the kit.
