The black uniforms are fire as is. No need to go messing with something that already works
I like the ones Marchie shared a lot. But yes, the collar should just be black.
We're undefeated in the Black Death unis @ Jack Trice. I'll be surprised if that's NOT what we're wearing.
We beat UNI rather handily in 2017 wearing the all-reds. In 2019 we wore white pants and nearly lost. I'd bet our home opener is in the all-reds.
Is this a matte dark red helmet I see with the Jack Trice logo?
I assume he's talking about the front logo above the mask on the second to bottom shelf.
It's not a matte red and it's not darker. That helmet just looks dark when it's not in direct light
You think the helmet in question is the exact same as the black one next to it? I'll give you the matte helmet piece now that I look at it closer. The only part that you can see clearly is just the face mask and bumper. The bumper is matte but the helmet does look glossy as you can see some light reflecting.
I also don't see how you can say it's not in direct lighting when there are clearly shadows from the mask. It just looks a lot darker than the cardinal/cardinal we saw last year. Although the logo does match what we've seen in other photos from camp this summer.

I don't love them, but haven't the Chiefs worn something very similar? I don't think high school is the issue
Players HATE the all reds. If we see them early that'll be the end of them.
I could see us go W-R-R or W-R-W.
Agree with the players if that is true. Really dislike when we wear all Cardinal. (It's very Fresno Statey IMO.) It begs the question why we don't we have Yellow/Gold helmets and Pants to go with our Cardinal-home jersey, but that has been discussed ad nauseum.
WCW is our best look now at home. (*GCG would be better, but we don't have the option.)
Everyone loves/hates the all blacks but an underrated combo is the white-black-white. Also super clean with the black stencil helmet logo.
