I get wanting to make it special, team issued apparel for the bowl game but why can't you make it available for sale to the public after the fact? You wouldn't be able to keep that stuff on the shelves at Scheels.

I get wanting to make it special, team issued apparel for the bowl game but why can't you make it available for sale to the public after the fact? You wouldn't be able to keep that stuff on the shelves at Scheels.
You guys need to start talking to retailers about items you like.
Not sure this is how it really works. While some items will be limited to the team, if I were you guys I would be contacting retailers on items you'd like to see in the fall for next football season.

Sorry if it’s been posted already, but I was told that the uniforms will be all black for the bowl game.
A few years ago, the Bills and Jets did a color rush game and the Bills came out in their all reds. Looked awesome.

Those are SICK!! But not surprising.... most of Oregon's uni's are sweet.
There will be a LOT of black and yellow on that field Saturday. Yuck.

of those the red numbers with yellow trim is best.
would love to see us get some new helmet looks. Like matte with giant Cy on it. Similar to what OSU does.
I actually like those black jerseys with the cardinal numbers and gold accents A LOT.
Would be a great alternate to our back and whites.
I don't like either one all that much, but the one with the cardinal numbers/gold accent would be much preferable than the other. To me.
To clarify, I like the one w/ the majority cardinal a lot more than the majority gold.
If black is going to be what we wear the majority of the time as it was this year, I like the idea of the accents being our colors like these.
If they are going to be used as an alternate for a special game 1 or 2 games a year this years are ok.
But I like the look of it with our colors, did not think I would but I do actually better, as long as both are used of course. You have to go completely black and white or you have to go black with Cardinal and Gold both.

Seeing the mockups that include color accents on the black, I'm pretty sure we'll never see one that puts the gold next to the black, based on the university branding guidelines:

I still think it looks bad on a uniform. Reminds me of those gross anthracite jerseys we had a few years back. Too messy imo. Black with some toned down cardinal could work. I think I have seen that color combo in some graphics from the football Twitter.
