Well, it does appear that this staff "listens" to the fans though at least. Otherwise, why did they get rid of the black collar? And why haven't we seen the bugle logo on the helmet again?
So maybe we will eventually see a gold helmet and gold pants? I don't care at all about a gold jersey.

What is wrong w/ you people? Why would anyone give a "dislike" to this answer (somebody did, unbelievable)? Take his answer for what its worth and move on, sheesh.
Aside from the handful of fans in here, are there a ton of people pining for yellow uniforms? If they have them this season it will be bc the players wanted them.
They 'might' have an ear tuned, who knows.
I do not necessarily believe that the coaching staff monitors or even looks at CF though for their opinion. I believe that if we get gold this year or any time in the near future it will be because the coaching staff (and players) want it.
The bugle logo was pretty obvious. It probably wasn't just from CF (the negative feedback), but from many sources. And It wasn't 'selling'. That was probably the biggest point.

The bugle logo had bad reviews on many platforms. Add in that we laid an egg against Texas and I think that's why we haven't seen its return to the football team.
You are probably right about the bad game v. Texas there in its debut. For whatever reason I (we) are thankful!
To your second point, I agree that probably drives the train.
There are a few on CF who've been pushing for gold jerseys, although I haven't seen it as much as helmet or pants, which I consider more important than a jersey option. I could live without all-gold, but it probably would work on occasion ...white-gold-white might work OK, but any other gold jersey option I doubt would appeal to me. Some will disagree with me on one or both points.
Multiple recruits would have their pictures taken with the gold jersey. It looked bad ass with the chrome helmet. Lost opportunity...
Ha. So now it makes more sense. Sorry for my protective attitude.

Well if there were 10 of me it would probably be about a ton.
Here's about what we might have now. Six games each for Home and Away. And for the Away, we mostly just use the c-w-c, w-w-c, and w-w-w, those 3 only (others just to illustrate possible only). No gold.
Say we were to add just a gold helmet, we might have this.
Adding both a gold helmet and gold pant, 6 Home and 6 Away options.
