Being KU is wearing White we are required to wear a dark color. I believe KU has to make this decision at the beginning of the year and also let Iowa State know that is what they planned to do.

I'm going to predict B/B/B for Texas game.... or B/W/B. Texas would likely be W/O/W at home so I could see us going in as a black out especially if we are 6-3 and both team are ranked.

I cannot remember the last time we wore cardinal on the road, actually.

This combo is... alright. Not my favorite. The red facemask somewhat salvages it.

That reveal video had a cool monochrome effect on the helmet. I think a white helmet, with black IState stencil and black facemask, black jersey, black pants. Or you could do W/B/W.

We have never done this period.

We have only gone W/C/W, W/W/W, W/W/Gray, and W/W/C with the white helmets.

After just over half a season, my opinion of legit combinations with these uniforms:

1. Any of the helmets except black - white jersey - white pants
2. Any of the helmets except black - white jersey - cardinal pants
3. Cardinal or chrome helmet - cardinal jersey - cardinal pants
4. All-black set as a one-off, special thing

The other combos look mismatched. No white trim anyplace on the cardinal jersey looks stupid with all-white pants.

Is this a prediction or just a suggestion? As for the video, it was a mix of B/W and color, but this weekends unis are definitely white/red/red (see tweet below). I agree though, that shot did show they could pull off a variation of the black unis with a white/black/white kit with black I-State stencil on a white helmet, and white pants.
