New Menu Items at Jack Trice

Every year since the opening of Target Field, they hold a media day where all the new foods for the season are sampled. I've been for two of those years and there's some amazing stuff. It doesn't always stick around from year to year but look at everything that's served up! Some unique items, certainly!

Now... there's no need to go that extreme as we don't have 81 games a season or the concession space, but still... would it kill someone to serve up something with a little inspiration behind it? I guess the BBQ is a start. But most, if not all, of the stuff served up at JTS I can get at any town festival/fair or hs football game.

Those garlic fries in a batters helmet are reason enough to go to Target Field.

I believe a lot of these new additions will be food carts. Should help flow issues and staffing issues.

I'm trying to think this through -- if there are the same number of fixed stands, the same square footage of walking/congregating area, the same number and location of restrooms, yet more temporary food carts, how does this help traffic flow and staffing?

Staffing the main stands is the biggest issue. There is no reason with so many of the items being pre-made that it should take all of halftime and several mins into the 3rd quarter to move through a line of 20-25 people. Let those groups volunteer else where, get more people through the main stands and there would be more money to donate for those groups to do something else.

they should let food trucks drive up there and sell their stuff...maybe rotate quarterly around the stadium. Just a long line of food trucks...

That Chick-Fil-A line will last forever. Not sure how they are going to get hundreds of peoples food out quickly.
