Yes it is there are a lot of people around here that hold Elliot's coaching ability higher then what it really is.

I agree. I think he is a good coach, but not premier. I would put CPR and Wally way above him.

I think both could be defnite possibilities and I would buy into a Co-DC setup. Both are very familiar with Wally's defense so there would be little adjustment time.

You might be, 25 years of coaching and he has never been a coordinator. Not a knock against the guy at all, it just might not be the right job for his personality type. I'm speculating that he is an above average recruiter and great teacher of the secondary.
