New commit??

I know it's dreaming, but it'd be awesome if he took the Tuba Rubin route and ended up as a run-stuffing DT.

I'm surprised we took a JUCO OT, that's one position I don't see much PT available, and you usually don't take a JUCO unless there is PT.

Did you see our O-line this year? There is PT available.

At one point we were down to one non-redshirting lineman left on the bench this year due to all of the injuries. Depth is a good thing

Tell him there's a sub in the fridge and you'll see that 4.5 speed.

Hopefully he eats the entire fridge afterwards. He looks exactly like an OL should look, massive - someone that it would take a truck to push around.

Obviously I wasn't the only annoyed with seeing size being sacrificed for better mobility on the line, from the looks of these incoming OL recruits (320, 320, 350), being massive on the line is making a comeback.

I hope he stays where hes at and destroys defenses.

Glad were getting back to road grading offensive linemen. Big, powerful, down hill run blockers.

To me this screams pistol offense.

I did see our O-line this year, we were playing a ton of talented young players with different line-ups each game due to injuries. How is this guy going to prevent people from getting hurt next year?

Depth is certainly a good thing, but you generally don't bring in a JUCO to be third-string, just because the top two guys were hurt this year.

pretty good looking for a high school tape for an OL, decent pad level at point of attack which isn't easy for a guy his size. Finishes his blocks and looks like he as an attitude. I like it. Welcome aboard. Glad to have you a Cyclone.

First OL highlight vid were it was easy to pick out the OL to watch, dude is huge.

Just watched the JUCO. I love this guy. Not sure who the clown is who said big and slow, but he is big, but he has quick feet. Hell he pulled a couple times and got there quick. If he learns the scheme I think he will be impact day one!

Agree. He moves just fine. He will help our run game, and may allow Gannon to play G or T.

Love it! I don't see it says a Dec grad - too bad, would be great to have him in starting in January for conditioning.

his nickname is Wendell TRUCK Taiese, BTW

I welcome the addition of Wendell and hope he's ready to step up and play a role in bigtime football - he looks big enough. Looks to have a mean streak and plays with attitude.

I think this is, more or less, evidence that we're not going to throw our real young guys on the OL into the deep end of the pool too early. Basically it helps answer the endless stream of questions about "what about Campos?", "will we see Campos?", "will Campos start?" and so on.

Looking forward to seeing this OL come together and mature.
