One thing that no one has talked about is recruiting. Staff changes are a great way to open up new recruiting possibilities. Look at how Nickerson upped our game recruiting lightweights. He also expanded our geographical footprint into the Northeast (where he was very well known). I wish we would have made another hire like that.
