What are your top priorities with a new assistant coach? Many here have said recruiting. My number one want is a offensive wizard. Honestly, I think Greg's main problem has been figuring out a way to score point consistently.

Someone that has the ability to identify, recruit and develop guards.

I don't know about the player relation part. I think the attrition problems would take care of themselves if we were winning.

I honestly don't think we need the help on offense as much as we do defense. I think if the defense can be tightened up, the offense will work.

I think the reason we did not win consistenly this past season was much more related to defense than offense.
