Never a dull moment......

i agree there are posters over here that seem pathetic but when you take a walk around their site its actually kind of sad. I would gladly trade my internet anonymity to see who those losers are.

I have a buddy who gets on forums and pretty easily figures out peoples real id's i should have him spend some time over there for fun.

HN has a lot of problems. I've seen this being expressed by Jon Miller. Did anyone see when Vintage went off on the whole Norm parker foot thing? Holy eff. Dudes got issues.

Oh you mean when a couple of them tore into Stevie Hicks death?

Whenever I read that board, it makes me very glad we have the moderators we do over here.

This. They complain about our "Nazi" mods over here, but I'd rather have a structured forum than deal with some of the crap that's allowed to go on over there.

We are a little strict at times, but it's WAY better than the anarchy they have over there with ZERO moderation.

Ya know, your BFF GhostofGhost.

That POS called the late Stevie Hicks a "crackhead scumbag" w/o a peep from any mods over there. A real class organization that HN. I'll never get why so many people defend Wolfman Jack over here.

Oh, I read that thread. The guy is a sad, sad individual. I don't have to personally know him to understand that.

Didnt a thread over here instigate it? Something about Norm Parker? I just remember that thread and then someone posting in that thread about the other thread on HN where basically they were destroying the thread on here.

Yep. The difference being that HN took it way further and Jon just let it go. The thread here was shored up in about 30 minutes.

Absolutely. I rarely visit, but nearly every time I do GhostofaGhost brings up Stevie Hicks. This is what he wrote regarding Hicks:
He probably feels ambivalent that he's dead, and he might feel that no greater efforts need to be taken to diagnose and treat crackhead scumbags.

Don't believe me? Look for yourself.

As far as I know, GhostofaGhost was never banned. Jon Miller has lost all credibility for allowing this trash on his website.

That's great. However, I was talking specifically about a thread in the In-State rivals forum that was deleted within roughly 30 minutes.

Anything for hits to his website. I doubt he even sniffs the traffic of CF.

No way. JM has big stuff going on. He's got an awesome, well run, totally not mailed in, website with tons of well thought out features, recruit interviews, intriguing insight, and loads of well mannered, non douchey posters.

And while he no longer has the radio show, he has the memory of it, and that's at least four times as good, because in his memory, it was the most important 1 hour, middle of the day, local radio show in the history of amplitude modulation band broadcasting. Plus, in his memory, the Deaceman's **** doesn't taste so salty.

JM's got it all. I hear he and LeCharles Bentley are thinking of putting the band back together and starting up a new show to air opposite of College Gameday. Take some starch out of Corso's starched shirt, I tell you what.

Yeah, because diabetes jokes are the same as calling a dead man a "crackhead scumbag". The Norm Parker thread was taken down. Have the Stevie Hicks comments been taken down?

Your post is useless and you're a hawk shill ******bag. Go back to HN with all the other ***holes.

What does it matter? It's not tit for tat. They're two different things; A thread on CF was in bad taste - it was taken down. An HN poster besmirches a deceased mans good name, calls him a "crackhead scumbag"...nothing happens.
