Well I'm driving home from work today and one of my neighbor's (luckily around the corner from me) has a new flag mounted on his house.

It's split diagonally with the upper half being red with the white Nebraska N and the lower half being Black with the yellow Iowa logo. By far the ugliest flag I have ever seen. I haven't met them but now I'm wondering what sort of evil lurks in that house......

I'm going to have to find a new route home. A little extra gas is worth it.

Just tell yourself the "N" stands for "No" and the Hawk logo is, well, a Hawk logo.

Just put an I chose ISU sign in their front yard.

Invite them over for dinner. Dress in your ISU garb and when they come in sit accross the table from them and stare. Don't say anything just stare until they leave. That will get your point accross. If that doesn't work tell them you don't like the flag.

Excellent ideas (even if some of them are a bit over the top) I'm leaning towards the I choose ISU yard sign and then maybe the invite and staredown.

If I put the flag upside down that would just put Iowa on top and I'm not sure I can stomach that.

Just a suggestion, but my neighbor across the street is a big Green Bay Packers fan and of course a Wisconsin Badgers fan and flies a Packers flag nearly every day during football season, but has a great sense of humor...

Anyway, a couple of years ago just for a laugh when neither team was doing well in football so one night I went across the street with another neighbor after sipping a few too many alcoholic beverages ran down the flag and ran it back up totally upside down...he didn't notice it for days but when he did knew exactly who the culprits were...he called my partner in crime and myself and we had a great laugh with some more alcoholic beverages...just a thought for you there.

The only other one I could think of would be to burn the flag as it sits...which would be really cool, but also arson...so you may want to think that one over.
