Yep, let's not forget that there were at least a couple people here after the OSU game who thought that Iowa State would need to win all 3 final home games to even make the tournament.

That's what I was going by, thinking we wouldn't be. I agree with those that say we'll have to go 3-2 to finish and win at least 1 at KC to keep a 3-seed.
They stated the next 4 teams in contention were Creighton, UConn, St. Mary's, and Miami.
Win those 2, lose out on the road and the first game in the Big 12 tournament would put us at 19-13 and I still don't think we would be below a 5 seed. Never seen anything like it
20-12, 3 more wins, OU, WV, and Big 12 Tournament would put ISU at least on the four line and still pushing the 3 line.

They have their heads too far up the Big 10 and ACC's asses to know anything about the Big 12. Blah Blah,....Kansas and Baylor.....Blah blah......Texas........ Ok, enough about the Big 12, lets talk about Indiana!!
#11 overall seed after going 4-6 in the last 10 games just shows the committee values full body of work, conference competition and quality wins.
With Selection Sunday being about 3 weeks away, I think if ISU wins both remaining games at home (OU and WVU) and can find one more win on the road (today at KSU, Texas or Baylor) they will stay a #3 seed.
If they finish the last 5 games of the regular season at 2-3 (both wins at home) I think they will need to win at least one game in KC to get back to the 3 line.
Either way, this team getting a 3/4 seed is an icredible accomplishment and will set up for an awesome March.

Noticed that too. They had Miami, UCONN and Creighton on the 4 line instead. All were not in top 16. The GameDay crew valued recent form and failed to examine full body of work.
