My best estimate for seeding based on rankings and kind of how things were seeded last year.

133 - Redding - 18-22ish
141 - Swiderski - 24-28ish
149 - Johnson - 3 to 6ish
157 - Kraisser - 20 to 25ish
165 - Carr - 1
184 - Coleman - 4 to 6ish
197 - Bastida - 10 to 15ish
285 - Schuyler - 7 to 9ish
33, 41, 57 - getting past the first day would be awesome, and anything else is gravy

A pin or tech from 49, 65, and 84 would go a long way the first day.

Watching Yonger look like a shell of himself was painful and I felt bad for him. I hope to God he can get somewhat right in order to raise some hell. We need him.

I would think people would not want to see Kraisser first round with his funk. If you haven't had a feel for him before, he could cause you major problems.

The blood round will be awesome as always. But when Sam get's there and wins, I will be potentially more charged up than any other match the whole weekend. Kid deserves it.

Sam placing is going to have me amped as well. But probably not quite as amped as I’ll be when Paniro knocks off Sasso in the Semis.

If Yonger slips all the way down to the mid teens (which seems likely) I'd really hate to be that top 3 see who draws him as a second round matchup. Same goes for whoever gets Swiderski. If he is a 21 see for example, there is a 12 and 5 seed really ticked to see him on their side. Those guys have the potential to blow their side of the bracket wide open.

Someone always blows up a bracket, might as well be a Cyclone to do it

Guys I wouldn't want to see at Nationals as a higher seed: Swiderski, Paniro, and Yonger. Those guys might get lower seeds and we could see some upsets.
If you're a 157 with a tough cut, I wouldn't want to see Kraisser round 1 either. He's an energizer bunny that is tough on top. If he keeps it close in the 1st, he can push anyone to the brink

I would be surprised if Paniro is much lower than a 6 seed but who knows.
You could definitely be right. Gomez is his best win and then Gomez didn't wrestle the last month+ and just took a couple losses. He has a bad loss to Wiley. Seeding Henson, Parco, Paniro, Millner, Mauller, Yahya, Murin looks like a mess. Look at who those guys have beat and who they've lost to. Then where do they throw Gomez in at? I won't be surprised if Paniro is 3 or 8 to be honest.

Are we positive Carr will be the 1 seed at 165? Here is what The Nomad sees. He digs deep into the seeding matrix:

I am joking 100%, just in case I needed to clarify.

Carr has beaten everyone in the top 6 according to the matrix (though Monday doesn’t count, technically). Has anyone had a tougher schedule than David?? Seriously. I highly doubt it. I think Spencer has wrestled and destroyed most of the top guys at 125, but 125 is way, way down.
