So, are the players who accepted the money going to end up getting charged with anything? Just wondering what the NBA's position is on all this right now, because they absolutely have some guys in the league or entering the league who were paid to play at the college level.

I would guess they might get charged with tax fraud. Isn't gift tax like 50%?
