Well, yeah they're playing the Rockets. OKC is fortunate that it happened this round for sure.

The problem is OKC is pretty thin at guard. Chris Paul will eat this team alive.

Metta World Peace came back from a similar injury in 12 days, it's possible Westbrook could still be back for some of the second round. Lot of pressure on Martin now. I've actually liked what I've seen from Reggie Jackson but he's had pretty limited playing time. Hopefully Brooks gives most of the minutes to Jackson and not Fisher.

I think best case scenario for the Thunder is the Grizz-Clips series going 7 with the Clips pulling it out. The Clippers are probably a better match up for the Thunder than the Grizz. Paul will probably kill whoever the Thunder throw at him, but the Clippers don't have the interior talent that Memphis has. The Thunder will be able to go small with Durant at the 4 more often against LA which will be their best offensive lineup.

Ok without telling me whose on what side, what exactly is this fight over and I will give the right answer.

It started with this statement on who is the best coach in the NBA:

I said Pop and Carlisle are the two best: Doc Rivers, Thibs, Karl, Spoelstra, Adelman and Vogel are all in the next tier in some order.

Some people disagreed that Spoelstra should not be included and that Scott Brooks was just as good or better as a coach.

Then morphed into who is a more accomplished coach: Spoelstra or Karl?

Then turned into about 10 pages of mostly garbage with very few actual facts being used

Westbrook will not be back this season. They have two options for the surgery, one would be able to get him back quick, but it would lead to more problems down the road for him. They will go with the second option, which is a complete repair. It'll mean he's out for months, but it'll be much better for his long term health. MWP didn't need to worry about the long term. Westbrook is too young to rush back and risk it.

Memphis would be the better matchup. Perkins does fairly well against them inside, and they don't have CP3.

agreed. Any matchup that allows Brooks to play Perkins and get away with it is a good one for OKC. Memphis also has trouble scoring so losing the 20+ points a night Westbrook brings wouldn't be as big of a deal.

How bout your Bulls Rulzzz. Showing a lot of heart.

Not much offense, but a lot of heart.

Yep pretty pumped. It's not always pretty but we get job done. I stand by my comment that Thibs is among the top 5 coaches in NBA.

Saying how long Westbrook will be out now is complete speculation, no one knows. OKC was 1-2 this year against Memphis with a healthy Westbrook, they don't match up real well with them even with a fully healthy squad. Perkins might hold his own defensively against those guys but it also means the Thunder are basically playing 4 on 5 on offense. Plus Tony Allen against an inexperience pg is not going to be pretty for OKC.

Just stop. You've been universally discredited, disproven, and just generally laughed at. Time to pack it in until next time you feel like being a clown.

By 3 dudes who don't know what they're talking about LOL. Hell you claimed Karl took the Nuggets to the finals, I feel good being on the opposite side of the argument as you guys.

not really, just can't stand people who don't admit they are wrong.

Nuggets to steal one in Oakland and Lakers pulling it off against the Spurs are my predictions.

You emailed Chris Mannix yet? And the Lakers aren't winning, that team is done.

3? It's more like everybody besides you.
