I usually went with Barkley and Majerle, but my best friend was damn-near unstoppable with either Kemp/Payton or Kemp/Schrempf.

Seriously, go watch highlights of kemp during the time he was in Seattle. Almost unstoppable and one of the most fun players to watch.

I played more NBA Live than I did NBA Jam. But even then, The Glove was ridiculous as a PG. I really liked Schrempf and Kemp as well.

I play (and own) the sequel, NBA Hangtime. Favorite lineup is Sean Elliot and David Robinson.

I played the crap out of Hangtime. I fired up the N64 maybe last summer and played this game. I hadn't seen or touched in in a good 15/20 years, and was amazed that I still knew all the controls. And a few cheat codes too . . .
