First part? Yes, at least on the big tracks. Second part, sometimes, usually not on the big tracks though.

Tonight is the second race this year that Nascar scheduled on a Sunday evening when it isn't a Holiday weekend. I don't get it.

I live 2 blocks from the course and the noise of these engines bouncing off buildings is crazy hard to describe

I can imagine. If you never heard them in person before it will shock you the first time.

NASCAR needs more street races. Cars that can barrel into the tire barrier and be perfectly fine? I could watch this every weekend.

Think how much your insurance would drop if a regular car could get bumped like that. a lot of them pulled out of the tires looked fine and they all drove away I believe.

I like this road course racing the damp track even made it more interesting. IMO.

Haven’t watched the entire race, but not overly exciting. Tough to pass with this set up
