Nader arrested for OWI?

Assault and sexual assault are different when involving two students. You have a second party with standing that can appeal a lower decision that the president must account for. This won't likely land on Leath's desk. He may ask they handle offenses this weekend more strictly but due process still must be followed.
 
As someone who is dating a girl who's dad was hit and killed by a drunk driver, I have no respect for these criminals at all. I really hope he cleans up his act. Just disgraceful. There needs to be bigger punishments imo.

I looked it up and someone his size would blow a .02 for drinking 3 beers over 2 hours and .04 for 4 beers . Now I don't know what he blew, but I wouldn't consider someone a criminal if they drank 4 beers then decided to drive. I've done that plenty in my life.

Good thing you are not judge and jury. People make mistakes, I have friends that have had owi's and they are far from criminals.....actually all of them are positive people in the community.
I guess you never been out and had a bottle of wine at a business dinner and drove home.

Nope, just sick and tired of seeing these troublemakers getting off for good behavior on vehicular homicide after only serving a a year or two in jail when they know full well their actions and negligence cost someone else's life. If you think that is ok because they just made a silly mistake resulting in someone being killed....but don't worry it was just a silly mistake!!!! Everyone does it!!! they're positive people!!! they didn't mean to kill that person!!! That argument is pathetic and full of BS. Good thing you aren't the judge or jury or people would probably never be charged with these types of crimes.

I been out several times, but know better not to drive after drinking. Case in point last week I spent more than I should of at paddys, mickeys, ajs, etc. I also used a DD or a taxi these nights.

Nothing against Nader btw....just hope he takes this life lesson seriously and learns from it and never does it again. That night could of ended completely differently. I expect him and Hoiberg to work on things and turn him into grown man.

Watch out for this guy!

you can always tell the dorks because they are the ones that talk about their nights out in a matter of how much they spent, and not what they did.

What? That post wasn't about what I did when I went out drinking. You are completely missing the point. Seems like a lot of rednecks here trying to defend drunk driving. Guess they never had a loved one killed by one. Expected this behavior out of tavernhoks

I blew a .07 an hour after drinking three beers when I was 18. I'm 5`9" and at the time was probably 190ish.

Everyone is different.
