Naadir Tharpe

I apologize if this has been posted before, but I see on Rivals that he is now considering ISU. I know he plays at Brewster Academy and is from England and was reclassified into the 2011 class. I think I read somewhere that they think he will be rated as the #1 PG in the country. He has an impressive list of schools after him. Does anyone know if we have a good chance at him?

He's probably going to end up at Arizona next year, reclassifying as a 2010 recruit.

Naadir Tharpe is a member of the class of 2011. He's not a native of England. He's from Worcester, Massachusetts, which is in New England. He's very close friends with Melvin Ejim, as they both play together at Brewster Academy (NH). Arizona is his leader at this point. He's not the #1 point guard nationally in the class of '11, but is regarded as the top prospect in NEW ENGLAND in that class (per New England Recruiting Report).
