What gives with the music volume now? Whenever we made a big play then opponent timeout they used to blast the music and the crowd will just be going bonkers during it. Now it's a big play and you can barely hear the music and the crowd just awkwardly tries to sustain going nuts but it dies since you can barely hear the music. Did the old people complain about that now or something?

I've noticed that at times when the crowd is really going wild right before a timeout . . . the music actually calms the place down. In those situations, I would rather not have the music, or at least have it cranked so that the intensity doesn't drop off. Some of my favorite Hilton Magic moments are when the Cyclone Power chants just keep going through a timeout. Even on TV they sound awesome.
