I'd put Nebraska at 1. The talking heads want SO BAD for them to get back to 90s style but they keep forgetting they haven't been that good since then with exception to a couple of Top 15-20ish years.

Looking at their top 10, is easy to see why this is occurring for some of the schools.
Texas a&m has to play Alabama, LSU, Auburn, with S. Carolina as their yearly crossover game.

Nebraska is a lost cause, they will never see the glory days when they could bring in recruits that did not qualify and then sit them a year to bring up their grades, and the pool of instate recruiting has fallen off from what it once was.

W. Virginia is no longer playing in the Big East, the talent level is a lot higher week to week in the Big 12 than it ever was in their former conference.

I hate Iowa as much as anybody but overrated??? No. They play boring FB to stay in it against superior competition, but they develop guys and consistently put players in the league.
