It's really funny because when I mentioned Minnesota before, almost everyone on the board shot me down.
Minnesota has Tubby and one of the best business schools in the Midwest. Plus he'd only be 3-4 hours away from home....

This hurts to hear. When I was thinking of him going to Duke, UNC, or Kansas, at least those are big name schools with tremendous histories. If he ends up going to Minnesota, why couldn't we beat out Minnesota????
Because Tubby Smith is one of the best in the business. Greg Mcdermott is just another coach. Harrison would probably learn more from Tubby than Mcdermott. Plus Minneapolis has alot more to offer, rather than Ames. Just saying
Why don't you just become a Minnesota fan and leave Cyclonenation alone. You seem to like other schools way more than our school. So just go be a fan of them.

I'm close to MN, as a majority of my friends and family have either gone to school there or go to school there.

How is that being another fan of a school? It's reality, Barnes now has listed Minnesota as one of his schools.
