I even saw the elderly floor usher doing the juicy wiggle today. It was awesome!

good. boys did not wrestle in school so never got interested. enjoyed watching it today
I am with CyForce are you talking if Hedrickson gets the first takedown or Yonger? I know that Hedrickson is good on top, but Yonger has improved greatly from under. It will definitely be a fun match.
I meant Yonger. Yonger can and will beat him.
I have watch Wyatt wrestle a few times and I feel like strength and bull rushing opponents is a lot of what gets him wins.
This meet and all the talk around it emphasizes the point that there needs to be much more of an “attendance is part of the grade” influence on rankings and seedings. Dresser and our boys are “ show up kind of guys”—a good lesson to learn on the way to the real world….
Who is ranked #1 at 165 lbs? I see that Carr is #2.
Can Carr go all the way again this year. I know the answer is yes, but will he?
Edit: I just found the answer as to #1 here, Keegan O'Toole, MO. He didn't wrestle tonight? Didn't want to face Carr just jet?

My guess is Carr probably won't get #1 seed in almost any scenerio.
If he beats O'Toole, and Messenbrink goes undefeated, Messenbrink will get #1 seed and Carr get the #2 seed.
If O'Toole wins Big 12's, O'Toole gets #1 and Messenbrink gets #2 and Carr #3.
Only chance of Carr getting #1 is Messenbrink getting beat also

I think it’s far from a sure thing that Messinbrink wins B1Gs.
When you are pounding a team, not much to really affect from the officials side.
It would, and I believe there is a common sense clause in the seeding. If Carr loses to O’Toole, then it is an easy Carr to the 4.
If Carr beats OToole, I think you go Carr 1, Mess 2 and OToole 3.

I think it’s dumb that 2 defending champs can be lowered seeded than a freshman because one lost to the other.
Yup, I'd feel like Hamiti/Mesenbrink is somewhere around a 50/50 at this point based on this season so far. Those two should be clear of the rest of the B1G field at 165, however Amine has historically had Hamiti's number somehow. A Hamiti/Mesenbrink match is going to be must watch.
