Migration for football games

Migration was for the students although a CF migration might be started. The train to Colorado sound fun, but I already have season tickets and can't take another Saturday off, for some reason I seem to need money with four kids and a wife.

Kansas City for K-State is close and a good tailgate location as an idea.

I remember Migration. A group of us went to KU for Migration in the early 70's.

Yep, I went along on one to KU also, I think it was 1968. Tons of students and fans were there, we basically took over the motels and bars the night before the game.:yes:

this is true. I would be good for this and others, hell I would probably be up for migrating for all the away games...I have nothing else to do on saturdays anyway. (plus as long as I have internet I can work. Go mobile hotspot go!)

What was the atmosphere like at KU for football then compared to ISU?

At that time it was pretty comparable to our atmosphere at Clyde Williams. Kansas was up and coming (5-5) that year and 9-2 the following year. It was Majors' first year for us so there was a lot of excitement surrounding him.
