From a pure football perspective, would have rather seen Iowa make it over MSU. At least Iowa's offense has multiple dimensions to it.

I guess if Cook can get healthy MSU will look good again, but their offense was downright awful tonight. If his shoulder injury is serious, I think they'll get bulldozed in the CFP.

Oh well, at least now some Iowa fans I know won't be totally insufferable. Wait, who am I kidding, they still will be.

I guess in the sense they ran more than one play technically in the second half.

I am going to go against the grain here. A great effort by a bunch of overachievers. Beat everyone, regardless of how bad they were.....to put themselves in a position to play for the whole bag of nuts. Not a Hawk fan.....but cannot fault their effort or their successful year.

The football fan in me was hoping Michigan State would get stuffed on that 3rd down play... so they could run it down to 0:01 on the clock and call timeout. 4th and goal from the 1 with 1 second left down by 4 would have been amazing. But that RB's effort to get in the end zone was amazing enough. Great win for MSU.
