Maybe it's all the Big 12 football I usually watch, but I tend to agree with this watching two abortions of offense on the field tonight. Maybe a spread is schematically superior.

No its not. MSU's defense is just playing much better in this half. Both these offenses look like trash with the opposing defenses.
