I thought the best friday the 13th movie was the first one, which if I remember right he's not even in. These are thee iconic horror film characters so I'm splitting hairs.

The first Nightmare was very good, then they got really bad. Same with the first Halloween (even number 2). I never thought any of the Friday the 13th movies were any good or scary.

So, Freddy>Michael>Jason for me.

I have to go with Michael Myers because he's more believable and the creep factor is high. The old Jason movies are so formulaic and lame. The nightmare movies are just laughable, not really scary at all.
