I'm trying to book a room for the early part of December. The website doesn't show prices or allow you to book online? What is this, 1999?

I have stayed there four times. Each time I have higher expectations and hopes than what I receive. Each time the spa has been closed for reasons like, vacations, renovations, and sick employees. Other times the checkin has been delayed due to room availability, and having the players card really doesn't matter.
It should be a great spot to stay, but IMO, they aren't serious about quality service in the hotel. At times the gaming floor, and card rooms feel the same way.
Lower the bar, and sneak booze in. That's the model for staying there.
