I walk by 4 woman's bathrooms in a row and there is not one person in line. I reached the end and there is at least 100 guys waiting by the bathrooms all game long. How hard would it be to convert one of the woman's bathrooms into a mens? This surprises me because the parking lots have gotten a lot better in the last few years with this issue.

I did that too, with my 6 yr old holding on as hard as he could. But, I realized later that if I would have walked the other way (South) there was another mens room and a bunch of porta potties. JP said on Sound Off last night that the East siders were going to be a little jealous of the West side for a while but we just have to be patient.

It's out of control. The line is so long it's difficult to even figure out where it starts at. Probably be faster to walk over to the west side.

never had an issue this year with a line that was too long. once it was 20 ppl deep outside of the door way.. and it took 2-3 minutes tops to get to a 'spot'.

of course I am on the West side.

-keep

I was in one of those lines, and yes it was long, but it moved super fast. I'll bet there were 50 guys ahead of me and it took less than a minute to get to the front.

West side is better, but why did they put the entrance near the concession area? I just creates this HUGE traffic jam right before the game.

I've always been on the east side for years and I remember a few years ago the bathrooms were pretty equal, then they took out the throughs and turned most of the mens to womens, and it has been terrible (at least for guys) ever since.

I make a point of going right before the game. Rarely ever leave my seat until the final seconds run off.

I have not been in a line longer than one person since the west side upgrade. If you walk toward the middle there are usually open spots. The new restrooms are definitely a huge improvement. evidently they have added more units in the parking lots as well because they have seemed more abundant and cleaner than last year. They will need to add more at the Iowa game next year because they were full before the game started. Go Cyclones

Eh, I actually was in a line most of the time for the women's, too. It depends on the timing. I know that the men's are much worse, however.

I've been relegated to using the south side restrooms and they aren't much better.

I just don't understand why they had to take the middle men's restroom and concessions out? It's also the largest, by far. It would seem that it was done because of the expansion of the Jack Trice Club. So a few hundred benefit while the remaining 20K or so have to be "patient"? Why not wait for the Club expansion until they are ready to do the east side?

The concessions on the east side are pathetically slow to boot. My father-in-law sits on the west side and says it isn't much better over there either. But it took me 5 minutes to get a brat (2nd in line) and I tried two other times to get a coke - but decided I actually wanted to see a little bit of the second half.

I know we're not allowed to critique or criticize anything the Ath Dept does - but whoever is in charge of stadium operations needs to find themselves a new line of work. The team is improving, too bad the gameday experience isn't.

It wouldn't suck if they had something like these that ran through the stands. Although, imagine that thing getting plugged up....

I always make it a point to make sure I don't have to go during the game because the lines on the East side are awful. When they took them out I never thought I'd say it but I miss the troughs.

Same for the women, although probably not quite as bad. I, too, want to know why the joint main restroom entrances are right between concessions areas? And with such small signs? Good thing I looked at the DMR article drawing before the first game to see where the rrs actually are.

Ahhhh...West side rules! No restroom problems for moi.

Am I the only one who thought the line was too long on the West side (toward the South end)? There were 2 large women's restrooms and only 1 men's. I guess next time I will need to walk a little further to the North end.

Except everytime I go and you leave early... :biglaugh:

I just have my wife do a cath before the game and run the beer straight through.

West side restrooms where PACKED at halftime. There was a line back to the seats at every one.

Let's not get crazy here. EVERY football stadium in America is going to have lines during certain times of a football game. That said, after two games (on the west side), I have yet to have to wait in line to the men's room. (of course, I don't try to go during halftime)
