is back Monday I see. My wife and kids wont care but I do. Love these things!

I used to like them. Last one I tried about 2 years ago tasted like cardboard and was way (extremely!!!) overdone in the cheap BBQ sauce they use. Made it horrible.

Now I'm like Pavlov's dog, won't go there again!!!

I was a bbq ribber guy in Village Elementary circa 2001. Never heard of Mr. Rib. Also don't remember the last time I got a McRib even though they're my favorite McD menu item outside of breakfast offerings.

The McRib is 100% pork. It's made from the picnic cut of the pork shoulder.

So it's really a McPicnic. Or McShoulder.

I really loved the riblets they served at Applebee's. They use to have all you can eat riblets years ago. Seems I was a BBQ sauce mess when I left there. Riblets and fries were awesome back then!!
