I missed bits of the game, I think that was one sequence I didn't see live. Excellent. If that Doesn't end up on ISU top 10 plays of the year next spring, this season will be even better than expected.

He still has so much untapped potential. Among the highest ceiling Cyclones of the past few decades. With his frame and athleticism anybody who thinks they know how good he'll end up being is lying. He's not young like a lot of NBA "potential" projects but he still has as much untapped upside as lots of the McD AA one and dones.

He's a much better NBA prospect than Niang at this point, right?
I think he may be better, but not much better yet. Monte can move up at little easier than Niang. Monte fits the NBA a bit better than Niang, but Niang also offers traits that are somewhat unique.

Morris is still viewed as the best prospect of the 3 but I've thought since the Drake game last year that McKay would eventually get a serious look. They will absolutely love his measurables at the combine. Wouldn't surprise me at all if he's the fastest big man at the combine and toward the top in the vert leap tests.

Morris is younger than quite a few sophomore prospects this year and even next year wouldn't really be that old from a draft standpoint.

I agree, and I posted he had NBA potential last season and, of course, got slammed by the "experts" on this board. One question I posed in response "which big man in the country runs the floor better?" Naturally, no answer from the critics.

I'm even more convinced he has NBA potential, especially after the last game when he showed some low-post moves, as well as ball handling/driving skills. Just wish we had him more than 1.5 seasons.

He's pretty old which which really hurt Kane FWIW
I don't think it will affect his position as much as it does guards. With they way the style the NBA is headed, he has the right traits to be added as a bench rotation player especially for cheap.
