Season tickets didn't sellout this year and neither have five non weekend big 12 games. Opening up 1500 more of the worst seats available isn't going to amount to a big difference in sales or in attendance.

Fair point. I was thinking more that since these conference games have sold out that the demand is there from the general public to take some of the seats reserved for students. I’m probably jumping the gun with my statement and hopefully students fill up their sections so my comment doesn’t matter.
I was planning on getting tickets to a weekend game, but waited too long (obviously could get them in secondary market yet).
